A recent survey<\/a> from Realtor.com<\/em> finds that, of people who are considering selling<\/a> in 2023, one in three are thinking about <\/strong>moving<\/strong><\/a> because their home no longer meets their needs<\/strong>. And according to the same report from NAR, that\u2019s consistent with this year\u2019s top reasons for selling, which include:<\/p>\n
