Sapphire Tower Condos San Diego is a 33 story luxury high rise condo building in Downtown San Diego. Sapphire Tower Condos are located close to the Bay on Kettner Blvd. Sapphire Tower Condos only have a few condos per floor. When originally constructed, Sapphire Tower Condos only consisted of three floor plans: The Sapphire Series, The Cosmopolitan Series and The Penthouse Series. Each of these floor plans is located on a range of floors in the Sapphire Tower. Floors 5-7 contain the Cosmopolitan Series floor plans with only 6 residence condos per floor. Floors 8-23 contain The Sapphire Series with 4 residence condos per floor. Floors 24-32 contain the Penthouse Series with only 2 residence condos per floor. On the 33rd floor is the unique Penthouse that covers the entire floor with over 5,000 square feet with it’s own private elevator opening directly into the unit.
