Doma is located in Little Italy, San Diego and is a 7 story, 121 unit complex.  Doma consists of two distinct buildings on Kettner Boulevard. The architecture of the Doma condos is distinctive, urban contemporary, designed by award-winning Martinez + Cutri Architects.

Doma condo amenities include a two-story exercise facility, in-door spa, lushly landscaped central courtyard with vanishing-edge fountain, secured underground parking structure and a bay view rooftop sun deck featuring an entertainment bar. It was completed in 2003. Doma floor plans range from 725 sq. ft. to 1,900 sq. ft.
