Treo is a 24 story uniquely designed condominium building in downtown San Diego’s Little Italy district. It was built in 2002 by Intergulf and Sundt Construction and offers 330 units complete with several amenities, parking spaces, and exterior hallways.
This is a unique combination of midrise and high-rise buildings featuring one and two-bedroom condominiums, lofts, city homes and even penthouses. These units range in size from 700 ft.² to about 1600 ft.² and, in a variety of prices starting at about $3750,000 to $1.2 million. Monthly homeowners dues are between $250 and $450 depending on the unit and size.
